Hi, I was directed here via 2k support email.
After I finish in the top 2% of a ranked tour event, I still do not receive first tier merits and VC. I receive second tier rewards, as if I finished top 15%, no matter how well I do.
The email support team keeps thinking I’m talking about leaderboards displaying incorrectly and sending me an empty issue tracker page. Can I please get my issue addressed?
