I mean this in the nicest way if you want to learn you need to either 1 not use AI or 2 use AI but in a more limited scope asking small quick questions instead of having it do it all for you.

Not sure what AI you are using and how you're going about it but let's say you're using github copilot as that's the most popular
Only use it in the ask capacity and have it actually explain what you are doing before going forward.
E.g. "Can you explain what this CreateThread actually does"
