You're using lib notify, but never loading ox_lib from the fxmanifest?
Also, if you're using ox_lib, you could replace a lot of your code with lib modules. requestAnimDict, playAnim, getClosestPlayer, etc.

You're also running a loop in Wait(0), even when nothing is happening. Not the best for performance.
