Been using the profile linked below since MSFS2020 days and seems to be working also in MSFS2024 even when it says it's not compatible.

This profile however comes with some issues which is why I would like to hear if anyone found a better one.
The issues I've noticed when parking at stand 6 which is the place I usually park the PMDG 737 at this very small airport is how the marshaller faces in the wrong direction and how the passengers stairs are moving into position literally throught the aircraft fuselage. Since they are placed on the right side of the aircraft instead of the left side. When this happens, this causes the aircraft to make a little "jump" in addition to looking very weird and highly unrealistic.
