In real life the passenger don't walk as fast as the GSX passengers does during boarding, also not in the exact same speed. It would be nice if the speed of the passengers changes a bit and that they walk generaly slower.

That's exactly what they do already, not only each passenger has a different walking speed, they have individual strides, and even in the same passengers, their walking cycle is not even always exactly the same, becuse it's slightly randomized.
