Creating a thread as this is starting to go off topic.

How familiar are you with PHP and Apache installation and configuration?

I would like to share you personally what exactly project i want it to create and what challenges I am facing in making it

What you can expect from someone who just turned 18 and is still a student, not an industry professional? I'm still learning the ropes—figuring out how to contribute to open-source projects and gain practical experience. It’s a journey, and I’m making steady progress every day.

So you'll want to search for php congifuration and php.ini settings. You can also search the error message you received for more research.

Basically, at this point you need to configure php for your environment and needs. I don't have any specific tutorials or resources in this area as it's not something I do on a regular basis.

Thank you so much for your guidance and suggestions! I really appreciate your time and help. I apologize if I came across as a beginner or if I made you feel like I was being annoying. I'm still learning and trying to figure things out, so your advice means a lot to me. Thanks again for being patient with me!
