Right, the Prompt API requires MacOS version 13 and above. This is likely the reason you are getting the "GPU is blocked" message. I've heard it may work in some cases on versions below 13, but not always.

Right it may not be available to your device. The team is working on seeing how to expand support to more devices, but unfortunately the API is not guaranteed to work on this one at the moment.
