When someone from the school joins this document

(here my own @edu.ece.fr account for instance)

they appear at the top

those that are not listed in here have not seen this document

I mean see the history of everyone who clicks on the google document link and the precise time they clicked on it

I know gmail accounts can technically be linked to workspace accounts using email aliases

Or maybe manually added 🤔

Because one of my teachers at my previous school was under a @gmail account but was part of the organization

But not 100% sure how any of this works as I've never been the owner of a Google workspace account that is admin

workspace accounts are only accounts of people who study at university and stuff? and people who are professional workers, they have their own business etc? or anyone can get their own workspace account? even unemployed people or people below 18 etc

so in their google document, such person will show both of their emails? their @gmail.com email and also [e-mail] email? in the google document of this person, i can only see their @gmail.com email

So you can have 50Gb of photos in Google photos

I don't think you can

Usually you need to save stuff on your pc

And then move it to google drive

(there are ways to do it, but I don't recommend it, it's a bit hacky)
