I only have $0 Basic billing support, i.e. no way to contact support. Is there a way to request to be on the allowlist for Ultra 1.0? (and/or Pro 1.5?)

As for access to Ultra 1.0 - probably not at this time. They still have relatively little availability for the service. So they're opening it up to larger customers first as they continue to scale up.

In there a particular reason you think you want Ultra over Pro?

That said, Google Cloud Next is in April, and I/O is probably in June. So you never know.
