Do you mean to make them wider?

If so, there are two main ways:

1. put your cursor over the line dividing the column headers (e.g the line dividing "C" and "D"), click and drag

2. using the same dividing line as in #1, simply double-click that line and the column will resize automatically to the longest data in your column.
