general advice you SHOULD follow

bookmark trusted sites - i dont encourage piracy or yt mp3 ripping, but if you're gonna do it, research for trusted sites first

if you're going to do any activity outside of regular safe zones, you need a devent antivirus or update windows/set system rollbacks so that you can easily recover your system from before a hack

and ALWAYS sandbox your first download, if you run it in a vm or explore these new sites in a vm, you wont end up in situations like this

unfortunately not, but you can always search general malware detection tips and removal tips

#

these can get you very far

#

and if you dont find places to get this solved, these are the nuclear options, not steps but diff options

-run every app in your system in a vm to see which one causes the next

-submit your exe files over to a sandboxing service

-in a vm, redownload the chromnius exe, submit to a sandbox site and it'll give you the accessed file paths and interactions - from there you can find out where the malware is stored and remove it accordingly {recommended nuclear path}

back up all your important stuff - its time to nuke your windows with a fresh install {never recommended}

dealing wwith malware is going to be playing with fire though, so i'd be more careful next time
