This has been mentioned several times before, but the transition into the ship at 49% is bugged. It only works about 30% of the time on the original level. Other people's copies have tried to fix this by adding an extra blue pad, as the cube misses it sometimes.
This still doesn't fully fix it though because the real problem is the cube entering the mini portal before even hitting the blue pad. By just moving the pad, the cube can still hit the mini portal and the trajectory into the ship will still be different, so it doesn't really fix anything. You can easily fix this by just moving the mini portal out of the way. In my copy (ID 140915526) I just moved the mini portal one small step up and to the right. I assume this is fine but just want to make sure and let everyone else know what the real issue is.
