I have no clue how discord works and also am new to extreme demons and recording my gameplay, even though I have been playing this game for many years.
So uh first of all I got the dimensions on OBS wrong or something on my first extreme demon completion (Boson) and cut off a significant portion of the right and bottom edge of the screen. It's still enough to see all of the gameplay and the level complete dropdown. Is this ok or definitely not ok?

Also (although I don't think it is required for easier extremes) what constitutes raw footage? Does it just mean unedited footage, or does it mean I have to use some sort of special settings or microphone to prevent like automatic compression or something?

Thanks 🙂

if it's really significant it probably needs a rebeat, if it's just a small part of the screen there's a chance it gets accepted however it still cant cover the left side with the cheat indicator and all of that because it's required to be shown. send an image or the video of it to see if it's fine

raw footage is the full, uncut, unedited video of your session that included the completion attempt. it's only required for levels on the top 400 as well as including split audio tracks.

your raw footage must:

  • be completely unedited (no video editor, it must be 100% untouched)
  • include split audio tracks, with at least one track being the isolated mic (audio track that only includes the sound of your microphone / clicks)
  • in case clicks are recorded separately (example: with your phone) have the audio or video of the clicks shared with the raw video

raw footage can practically be any length don't worry if it's like 2 hours long
