I submitted Sunset Sandstorm around a day ago and it was on this claimed thing since 9am today which was over 12 hours ago, I was wondering if theres an issue bc it swapped back and forth between claimed and pending tons of times i dont understand. Also lf my other levels in queue to be verified if possible.

well "claimed" just means that a moderator clicked on the button to review a record, and since yours was at the top of the queue, it got assigned to them, and was taken off the queue (so that there wouldn't be multiple mods checking the same submission at the same time)
but if the mod doesn't do anything with it (accepting/denying/putting under consideration) then after a few hours the server automatically puts it back in the queue where it was before, in case the mod forgot about it or something, and it'll get picked by another mod whenever they start to review stuff cause it'll most likely be at the top of the queue again
so sometimes it can end up switching back and forth if it was forgotten by some mod and someone else picks it up again
it is kinda weird for it to happen that many times though, so unless you're getting extremely unlucky and multiple mods got and forgot about that same record or something, or there's something weird with the record that makes them unsure what to do with it (though in that case it should be put under consideration instead so idrk)
so yeah a bit weird but give it some time ig
actually thinking about it and looking at the submission I wouldn't be surprised if that's just cause they didn't have a good enough connection to download the 17gb raw so they left it to someone else with a better one to deal with

Thanks for info. Yeah idk what to do ab the raw if in the future I'll reset recording every hour
