Ahhhhh!!! Embark, why wont you let me wear a helmet with this? It'd look so fulfilled and complete with a beret or a tactical helmet! I just wanted to make a VAIIYA themed soldier inspired by the Combine from the Half Life series!

This is an example of the kind of drip I'm going for, but the Dissun mask just has a more scifi look that the other masks dont do.

Allow these two to be worn together, trust. It'd look awesome.

I think the thing that annoys me the most is that the sponsor track vaiiya mask is facewear and can be worn with most/some headwear, but the other vaiiya mask from season 2 and the other ballistic masks like the lava one can't be worn with ANY headwear, despite almost being the same model

one of the big things stopping embark from adding this is clipping issues. they would have to make new models of items to fit each other, such as making the strap on backbling longer, or certain masks like the cracked lava or vaiiya one slightly smaller. otherwise you’d have crazy clipping, which is already an issue with some cosmetics

yeah but that helmet is super thick, so clipping isn’t an issue. something like the beret you were talking abt would totally clip through the dissun mask. it can be done, but it would require in overhaul to make everything compatible with everything, as they’d have to make model variants to accommodate less forgiving models
