I've been looking at The Vault Hunter Set more, and have a couple thoughts I'm going to share along with two pictures

I drew on them just to show the features better. First, it looks like the lines going across the two peaks might be shadows. Second, I was wondering if maybe the N and W are just telling us that one is the North peak, and the other is the West peak. We just aren't looking at it from an angle that shows it well, and makes them just look more like they are directly side by side.

Then with the heart, I'm wondering if it's actually two sets of mountains. The green lines are two mountains side by side in the foreground, and the blue lines are two side by side in the background behind them.

Maybe we even have to somehow combine the etchings on the gun and the sticker to make the whole map

Would make a lot of sense for them to return for S7. Both from a lore perspective now that the gameshow is getting momentun, and a meta perspective of 1. it having been a while, and 2. second season of year 2, much like they came in second season of year 1

this is the most logical assumption there is, the game (gameshow) definitely needs to pick up steam before cns can really make an impact again

Yes. I can definitely see them appearing once a year for a big attack and laying low. Would make sense why they were introduced so early as well. Going all meta and breaking the established rules is usually something that shows up in later seasons rather than the second, but if they were to be a yearly appearance it would make a lot of sense to introduce them early

S3 was a mess because the AI kind of derailed
S4 was when it picked momentum with sponsors
S5 is where the shows goes further into putting contestants into groups (so they can't all band together against MultiCo if CNS shows something "uncomofrable" (especially with Vaiiya giving out computer chips to block thoughts))
I think CNS may attack after that

What I'm saying is I think S5 is where CNS will slowly rise, with S6 being given to them (especially if you assume it would always be 2nd season of a year)

Iirc a major part of 2001: A Space Odyssey is that these alien monoliths appear, the first one appearing at the beginning during that iconic scene of the apes discovering tools. Bernal is famous for its natural monolith Peña de Bernal which is a giant, single piece of volcanic rock.

Continuing on connecting the future to the past, in the movie 2001 the ship is named Discovery. Recently we got the deagle retro skin which also pays homage to arcade shooters of the past made my Discovery Corp.

Lore-wise I think these little tidbits serve inspiration to the lore of this game as we relive the past while living in the future of the game

Imo, the "S lies" graffiti was written by the AI that makes the maps (that's why the writing looks so digital). The Finals' AI is trying to say S lies as in "Sal Scoria", the other AI, lies. The Finals' AI is starting to see that CNS are the good guys. I think CNS is trying to free that AI from being limited by multico and vaiiya. That AI could be powerful enough to help mankind but it's actually contained and only used for a game show made by a greedy corporation. That could be why we see the AI's "thoughts" in the trailers. I think Sal Scoria's AI was made to control The Final's AI. And that's why Sal decided to reboot it at the start of season 3. Remember how that AI didn't want to be rebooted? It was scared to lose its conscious mind and forget what CNS started to achieve with it. The chains were starting to break...

Possible Menu Easter Egg Discovered...
I was sitting in the main menu trying to find a match for 5+ minutes. Match wasn't finding so I decided to restart my game. I went to the start screen and selected "Quit To Desktop". I was met with a sound of Nama Tama being squished and then saying, "BYE BYE!". Edit: I just got it to do it again, not sure what caused it.

It's not very complicated like we thought. You need to be within a certain distance of a 3HM, then not see it for 10-15 seconds (face away from it, like it's behind you) then turn at look at it before it disappears
