For people who use DLSS, I recommend DLSS Swapper. You can update DLSS version of any game to the latest or any other.
All games are released with outdated DLSS version and sometimes updating it will allow for either better quality or more fps on the same settings and sometimes for both.

Yeah, but the issue recently is the required VRAM in the new titles.
PS5 can handle up to 16GB VRAM and it's usually optimized around 60 fps. For PC it's kinda worse, because majority o GPUs these days don't have that much VRAM and a lot of people expect over 60fps of performance.
