still salty about the general public’s reaction to the trailer and the “genre switch.” really sucks to see what i know is a unique and ambitious game an amazing studio made get reduced to “typical” and “generic” and “trend-chasing.” definitely needs clarification on the extraction aspect of the game asap because people are really butthurt about it.

i’ve seen lots of people who seem to think they’ve legitimately abandoned the pve aspect and looter shooter with an emphasis on AI. Although, I do think it would be very smart to have a way to opt out of pvp entirely come launch, and if embark has any plans for a way to do so, they should make that clear ASAP imo

im just at a point where i can one shot everything basically (mr 28 with heavy tank builds that can burn through steel path and a couple to level cap)

but playing w people i can help them out with stuff so its not just running through the same maps by myself over and over until they put out new content

dude you should try the new duviri content if you ever get back into it.. they completely redid it (they even made it so you can start with that path if you want on a new account) and it genuinely makes the game enjoyable again (also a bit less grindy for newer players because it makes it easier to get a new frame every week with the circuit game mode).. also a new open world and pretty fun quest
