yeah its a prebuilt but yeah in the second one you can see it better like the one on the far right has some silverish plastic behind the connector the one on the left that i thinks melted has white on top of the same silver so it looks like it melted if it was hot glue they did a really bad job because its also inside the middle pins and those are only connected to the power supply and the issue that was going on souunded like a power supply issue as well so i think in production it was kinda slapped together
