I love using it to make destructible objects, and for the procedural elements. One my favorite tutorials I did was one from gamedev.tv's discord about making a wire set that would generate more and for lack of a better word "droopier" cables as you extended them. I've seen some really cool stuff with building geometry too, like adding more windows, doors, roofing structure, as you extend the building.
