This will not be perfect answer, but 117 max ONLY WHEN direct shot(not bullshit splash) with 65~74 splash base with following S3 level splash would be nice. This will prevent Spam kill light in 2 splash(for now you can kill light with missing 1 meter shot twice), but can kill heavy and stationary target higher damage, making direct hit more valuable. Only downside will be onehit qm light combo....

The thing is the CL40 is a niche gun and doesn't bump up the player count, so Embark are not invested in having any idea on CL40 and will cater to what keeps the player count up, i.e. protecting lights whilst trying to maintain some balance.

I think you need to look up what ttk means before discussing with me. Famas keep getting buffed from release, Cerb got buffed and nerfed only once, AKM got only 4 bullet nerf that doesn't affect any of ttk. While we got sight, less visual recoil for every gun making it more high accuracy.

AKM change doesn't affect the TTK (which is quickest kill time possible as you know) but it may affect the real time to kill for players if they end up having to reload for the 4 bullets due to missing shots, which is maybe what they are getting confused about.

I think the whole idea is if you clip and report somebody they probably have some super cool CV algo that determines likelihood of cheating, and then they can start tracking the player’s inputs for inhuman behavior. Pretty neat stuff.
