I dont get any console errors but when i spawn the pets in from /pets or /mm mobs the models for the mobs are messed up and using models from other blueprints. Any advice?

This might be related to ME issue , make sure when adding models you delete resourcepack.zip and resourcepack folder. Sometimes when you add a lot of models it can corrupt or mess up some files. Then once you do Meg Reload it should generate fresh new resourepack.zip file.
As well also if you have Oraxen or ItemsAdder , some setup needs to be done , if not the tutorial above should be enough.
