This suggestion is for all earth shattering, what lies beneath and glacial shift events be available to everyone no matter the park levels as it's just annoying that one can miss the chance to unlock certain creatures just because you have attained a park level too high for said unlock event. And while you can say you can delay your levelling up to obtain them, actively delaying your progress to achieve this is just not a good thing as this can hamper you from accessing events like clash of titans

Thats a great idea i am right now at level 92 and still dont have utharaptor unlocked this is so stupid
