How to connect to fb or google play

So i started playing this game a year ago and that time i accidentally connected my account to a facebook account which I don't want to be connected now. I want to either switch it to another fb account or to Google play account. Is this possible or I just messed up . Btw my account is lvl 99 now so i do not want to lose my progress that's why I can't restart . Pls help
