Cosmetic/Visual Update

Some fresh visuals will breathe new life into the game, bringing back old players and perhaps bringing in new ones. I personally would love to see any of these things added 🙂

To start, a long needed and suggested improvement is new battle stages. I personally think in order to implement this, we should be able to interact with the OG abandoned JP visitor center, and it should make a menu pop up with old and new battle stages to select for different battles. They could cost resources or be free, but I think this would be relatively easy to do, and it would make so many people happy.

Another thing that I firmly believe should be added is a day/night cycle. Seeing our parks with the floodlights illuminating the dinosaurs and scenery(like in the numbered battle stages) would be so cool. The lighting should be reflected in the dinosaur enclosures as well, and I personally think the VIP creatures should have a more golden tint with the floodlights that reflect the gold on the physical enclosures. Whether or not the night cycle affects lighting in battle arenas is still debatable for me. This should very much be toggle-able in the settings because this would probably affect performance. This feature is one I would really love to see in the game.

Another feature that would be great to see is new skins for old dinosaurs. This could be slowly rolled out, and it wouldn’t change the base model(or it could!). Dino skins could give something new for old players to collect, and allow for more customization over the parks as a whole. There could even be rare seasonal skins that only come during certain times of the year. Adding on to this, there could be skins for the physical enclosure on the park, which would improve the park builder part of the game that is very overshadowed by other aspects of the game.

A feature similar to the day and night cycle would be weather changes. We see rain in the numbered battle stages, and seeing this implemented in other places of the game would be really awesome. Again, this could be toggled in the settings, and the weather could just occur randomly. I know this is an island, but even some light snowfall during the colder months would really make the game pop.

I think we also are due for new music and new sound effects in many parts of the game. I think most people have either turned off their music in the settings or are tired of hearing the same stuff over and over. The one thing I will say about this is that the Jurassic Park feeling HAS to be reserved in both the music and sound effects, just like the ones now. There’s nothing wrong with the current ones, but some new ones would truly please the player base.

With the coming of the new island from Rebirth it is very possible we get a new island along with many more dinosaurs

What they need to do every week they cycle the battle arena so it's not the visitor center. Not only will it be an excuse to interact with people still using Facebook or other social media but for old players to finally see their dinosaurs in a different enclosure.

The music. Honestly a remaster of the Jurassic Park builder theme is all they need to do. It will be a throwback to many players and to their roots of the Jurassic Park simulator.
