i have asked on the support website to transfer my data from my account to another one, i got replied with this, does it mean that my level 58 is going to get deleted and so replaced with my level 27, or it's going to transfer my creatures DNA dino bucks and everything else from the lvl 27 to lvl 58?

Now, regarding your question, if you accept the process the agent told you, one of your accounts will be deleted and will be replaced with the other one.

Because, so far, two accounts cannot be merged.
