Hi @blazing hornet I had to delete your message since the Support Key was reflected in the screenshot; however, the best recommendation that I can give you is to get in contact with our Support Team by installing the game on your new device, then create a brand new account and after that request to our team an account transfer from your old device to the new one.
To access our Support site, you must click on the gear icon while in the main menu, then select the option called "Help & Support", here click on "Support", after this you will be moved to a menu where you have options for the FAQ and in the upper right corner you will see a message icon. With this, you will have access to one of our customer service representatives to assist you.
