Yes, some of the questions indeed seem silly and pointless.

1. on Chaos, ([Creator]) do the bonuses from Tarra's Claw and Tamer work?
2. Why doesn't stun apply to elite enemies? At later stages, this greatly impairs the usefulness of this effect.
3. How exactly does Providense work, what does "rare" artifacts mean?
4. What is the essence of Hollow Talisman and Deadeye, are they really almost useless or I just couldn't use them properly?

1. don’t believe so
2. because elite enemies would be otherwise way too easy to kill, doesn’t really impair the usefulness of it because there are more normal enemies like rampants than elites.
3. rare artifacts i believe are the ones that rarely spawn, aka yellow, purple, and blue? I think yellow doesn’t spawn unless i’m wrong because it’s a special artifact, but blue and purple do i think
4. hollow talisman i do agree is kinda meh, unless you get a bunch of stacks of it and you get triad of tides, where if you gain enough rippletides, hollow talisman attacks on that cooldown. Deadeye seems useless until you reduce its cooldown and have a bunch of base damage, it deals a TON of damage especially since it targets the studiest enemy and i believe that includes elites which if they are in the middle of a swarm, they can get smited
