I'm using a Xbox wireless controller with dongle in Windows 10. The controller will sometimes work in the menus but never in game. I've tried restarted, re-pairing and running in big picture mode and I'm still unable to get it to work.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

does it work on other games? im running with a wired xbox controller and im having no issues with it at all, so maybe it has to do with it being wireless?

I know this sound dumb but the batteries could almost be dead? Did you try new ones. Like Mai I have mine wired into my pc and I have no issues other than forearm cramping
