It does suggest that there is "one" timeline, and if there wasn't the Memory Wipe Mechanism, we would have essentially fucked up the timeline||

An expansion doesn't need to top the previous to be good. Personally I prefer ShB over EW, but EW was still very very good, and I'm happy with the conclusion

Square Enix has been doing a great job and they will do even more of a great job. Plus, with this story arc over, they will be able to try more new and exciting things for next expansion.

I felt the same way. I know this is a very unpopular opinion but in Shb, the sin eaters was a very interesting threat but at the same time, I felt like they werent as important as the other stuff like the source or ascians and such
