Regarding Bozjan armour, to me it looks like a lot of work for minor upgrade over nier armor. Am i missing something, or is it actually a lot of work for very small upgrade?

You'd go to a 1.072 damage multiplier from a 1.081 ultiplier, or 0.94% damage loss, but that in tenacity would get you from 1 to 1.007, for a 0.7% gain. Because these are multiplicative, this comes to an overall 0.9986 multiplier, or a loss of 0.14% total damage, which is considerably less than the damage gain you get from increasing weapon damage.
Tenacity is a bad stat. But how bad is GROSSLY overrated by the community. It's bad, it's just not even CLOSE to that bad.
And telling people 'it's garbage' causes people to eschew actually good, necessary, stats (like weapon damage) trying to avoid taking it.
