This is how I farmed my Bozjan Cluster earlier. I got around 100 Clusters in 30-40 minutes + 8 Bitter Memories + 20 Harrowing Memories. I was a DPS in this party so I am not sure if I get this 100% correct but I wanted to share!

Well, Freeze isn't quite right. Normal enemies drop one type, Undead and Elementals another, and Star-ranks a third. As well, there's ones that drop in CEs in the third zone that I believe are different from the above--the banners if I recall.
