Oh yeah, that "bug" from the first Nier raid where people who hadn't fully completed the Dark Knight questline might see the dying red dragon from the quest during the raid with the dialogue about hearing her beloved. I don't buy for a second that it was an honest mistake. Too much coincidence to accidentally make that mechanic placeholder be an NPC from the wrong list and THAT NPC on THAT raid and only in such a way that very few people would fulfill the requirements to trigger it... definitely had a Drakengard fan on the FFXIV team working on it.
