How to open a modmail
To open a ticket use: !modmail openticket YOUR MESSAGE HERE
Privacy: Message history is turned off and messages are automatically deleted. Because of this, the channel may appear to have new messages, which can be avoided by muting the channel.
Note: Ticket communication is sent via direct messages from Kupo Bot, a verified bot which uses embeds. Ensure that you can receive direct messages from Kupo Bot and embeds are turned on in your User Settings.
