reshade/gshade/stormshade/whatever particular version, and some people run textools(?) that lets them do basically whatever they want, client-side

That tool's not used as much but the vast majority of shots you see at least have reshade on

if you see the copyright thing in the bottom left though that means it's just gpose

the top is the Anemos Suspenders, which people probably sell for no more than 1k because it drops like hot potatoes from Anemos lockboxes
