because the extra GCD of heals required from their vuln is dps lost, and if they do it right they dont lose a GCD. But again, their timing has to be absolutely perfect, because if not healer GCDs< tank GCDs

spellspeed to whatever speed you're comfy with, then roughly crit > dh > det. But all secondaries are generally pretty good on BLM, and vastly different stat spreads are only marginally different at even optimal play

you can't really compare how much info you can put into an image vs into a video, you can probably find some mechanic-specific diagrams if you google like "o8s 2nd forsaken"
