You can do the first and last one, go to your grand company and talk to people until you see the option to 'turn in provisions' buy the items you need off the marketboard and give them to them, you get huge exp, doubled if the items are high quality

just make a bunch of stuff, don't try to put all your eggs in one basket. gather and or craft various things like glamours (my favorite go to is dreadwyrm stuff cause people don't make it like that and it only takes 1-5 minutes per run to get the materials use to craft it), other things like maps can provide you with shell leather that you can use to make urban coats, those sell for quite a ton, even the shell leathers off the mb is like 120k my server while the coat is now reaching 500k and sells almost daily

Server-specific raiding stopped being a thing when the party finder became cross world and let you make preformed parties with people on other worlds

do most of you have key binds to swtich between party members for healing or do you use your mouse? i use tab targeting for enemies but havent set that up for party members.

- I use a controller, so I just dpad up/down on the party list to target people for specific healing. Then I tab back to enemies.
2.) For healing threshold and prioritization, that will depend a bit on yourself, and a bit on your tank. If you're more confident, you can let your party dip lower before healing them, if you're less confident, then set a higher personal threshold for healing.
3.) As CNJ, you should dot all of your enemies with Aero/Dia, and then spam Stone/Glare any time you don't need to be healing. Holy (level 45) should be used for at least 3-4 casts on any large packs of mobs.

@oak smelt I've had some sprout tanks do very well with my standard 30% threshold, and some multi-70+ tanks who just... melt if I don't constantly spam heals on them. In dungeons, I tend to use the first pull to get a feel for the tank's ability to survive, then modify my personal healing threshold on them to compensate.

The thing about Castrum and Praetorium is that they were balanced around being a fresh level 50, which was around i45-50 gear back then.
Nowadays a majority of people in MSQ roulette get their gear synced down to the best possible stuff for ARR, being 130, which basically makes them at triple the stats that those two duties were balanced for
