Apparently Moltres Rider automatically hard targets but none of my other characters do that. I do not need to press X a second time, I can just change targets. what setting is that because that is what I am used to

Soft targeting is nice for when you're in a group and want to heal someone quickly then snap back to the enemy you were fighting, but it does have a tendency to go wrong on occasion.
To automatically hard target, just follow Vinyl's instructions on changing your settings.

Do healers level fast in dungeons or something? My alt gained four levels in Satasha and I have never gained that many on any of my alts. Maybe a level or two, but four, my Cornu character is now ahead in level. She was already two levels up from Satasha

They get the same xp as other jobs, just their ques are generally much faster which makes them level faster over all

Also in my experience low level healers tend to do less damage so you can make the runs go faster with a healer top, compounding the effect

AST advice, So my tank told me in the last dungeon I was in to stop using earthly star and save it for when I need it, but the cooldown is only 60 seconds, more like 30 after charging it for giants dominance. Most guides I've seen say to use it basically on cooldown, and the charge takes a while so its better to use it early right? Unless you know the boss is gonna do something funky soon

@north venture You need to unlock Clan Centurio hunts in Idyllshire and Kugane first. Once you have all hunts open, the unlock for Clan Nutsy should open in Crystarium.
