only to get materia, also now u don't destroy the gear anymore like it was before

gear only binds to you if you do something that would earn exp while its equipped or use it for glamour

it means its dyeable

so your chest/pants are not items that can be dyed

while the weapon/helm/gloves can be and are currently not dyed

it'll bring up an item list and glamour dresser is one of the things it checks

though iirc if you're in a dungeon, it won't be able to check that

If you haven’t unlocked SSS before, the quest for it is in Idyllshire. Once you complete that you can unlock the SHB equivalent at the bottom area of Eulmore

For Bozja you need to complete the Stormblood Alliance raids first

Some duties are unpopular. If it's late or too early not many people will be online, and roles have certain demand.
