Yes, the mount is usually sold by their vendor when you're at max rank with them. At least for HW and up. Not sure about ARR tribes as I haven't done them yet.

hi im currently doing the airship stuff in the fc house and was upgrading the phases on a bronco-type hull. i accidently put a phase 2 in my inventory instead of moving it to phase 3, do i have to start again or is there a way to put the phase 2 bronco-type hull back in? or maybe it completed without needing a phase 3?
