If you do expert roulette 5 times throughout the week you'll cap on tomestones, so it depends on if you want to cap those quickly or save the exp for other jobs

if you're late you can also fill with level 80 dungeon roulette, or just spam a dungeon, if you'd rather use the roulettes for alt jobs
the level 80 roulette isnt nearly as good but if you missed a few days it can be enough to push you back to cap
