The only stuff with special stats for Eureka are the Elemental+2 armor, Physeos weapons, the BA chest pieces (Kirin/vermilion), and the special FATE equipment (Speed Belt, Optical Hat, Cassie earring)

More precisely, it’s Terncliff after beating up ||Sapphire Weapon||. You can get back there by talking to a resistance NPC in The Lochs by Porta Praetoria

Made my first character and started as a Thaumaturge, since I like Mages, with the hopes of having a similar gameplay to the mage class from WoW but I kinda felt overwhelmed with the MP system and the rotation. Any how, I'm looking for recommendations as to which class would be somewhat easy for a new player in FF XIV. I see that Warriors and Paladins are Tanks and the only Plate melee DPS is the Lancer, right?

Lancer is the DPS job thats most recommended as its sinple to grasp and once it becomes a Dragoon later on its still simple but has decent amount of weaving to be optimal

@clever hare Lancer/dragoon job gear probably is the closest to "plate" for a dps class, but plate as an armor type doesn't really exist in XIV. There are some plate-like glamours (transmog) that can be used on any class.

Aether and Primal are more normal data centers that you would kinda expect. I wouldn't really say it focuses on "anything." Crystal is a lot more chill RP focused data center. You can still raid there but the scene is smaller.
preferred servers are servers that give you an xp bonus that doubles ALL sources of xp when you are level 70 and below that lasts for usually 90 days
But you'll notice that they are only on Crystal for NA

yes, you can put aspect benefic, aspect helios, celestial opposition, collective unconcious up on the same target
only time it won't stack is if its two ASTs in diurnal sect

You can post in the recruitment channels if you're looking for a static group
But if you're just looking to do an instance, the in game Duty Finder and Party Finder are probably a better bet.

Understood. I have been in queue for The Dancing Plague and it seems to be difficult for Duty Finder to find a group for that, so was looking for alternatives

Dancing Plague normal is a story instance, so you should be able to get a group eventually. Extreme you'll have to use Party Finder for though.
You can also make a group for the normal version in Party Finder and see if people will come for the new player bonus.
