If you had the Starter edition beforehand, then no, you won’t need to buy anything else. If you didn’t and just bought the Shadowbringers CE, you’ll need the base game first.
Complete Edition, however, has everything.

Cobalt ore is another one that usually keeps decent value
If you want to include unspoiled nodes then gold ore, gold sand, and darksteel ore are more good options

or tankswaps. If the main tank gets a vulnerability debuff due to a tankbuster, then the offtank must pick up the boss, like in E6S or Shiva.
I think in low level trials most of what offtanks do is tankswaps and meteor soaking.

Ok, then I'd suggest doing the story.
As you've got most of the story to go through, that's the best way to get XP for Bard.
In the off chance that you're not the right level to continue the story
Go to Duty Finder, and do levelling roulette.

Im 10 lvl above the main q..so there is no prob..but arent there dailies i should do? Like the randon dungeon, delivery missions of my organisation etc

that can only be accessed once a day

You can do the daily duty roulettes for XP or the Grand Company deliveries for seals and rankups

No, even if you go in unsynced via duty finder it still completes the quest objective
Though I'm unsure if going in solo, for example, is even feasible for NG+ 🤔
