Hi, I am a new player. I've gotten to level 35 White Mage and am now focusing on levelling Gladiator (24).
I've been keeping green/pink items instead of selling them but I can see it filling up and becoming messy. My weapons tab especially is like 75% filled with tools/weapons from other jobs.
Is there a way to manage items better?

Well any gear you don't need anymore can just be thrown away. I assume you've unlocked grand companies by this point. If you rank up enough in your grand company you unlock a good system to trash unneeded pink/green/blue gear for grand company seals but otherwise just trash it really

Your divination will be at max power
In practice, you should try to get 2-3 type seals (you need some real bad luck to get 3 seals of the same type) and use Divination on cooldown

If you want to do multiple healer classes, most gear that can be equipped to one healer job can be equipped by all healers

Before level 50, you should be able to get by with maybe 4-6 gears
1-15 doesn't matter, since you aren't in dungeon
If you want to, just buy NQ gear and resell later
Then 15 onwards you can stick with the gear from Hall of Novice, which last you a good while
Afterward, just swap every 7-10 levels and you should be fine
Personally, I'd recommend going primarily GC gear: A looks coherent, B multiple GC gear give stat bonus, C easy to get for alt jobs
