@spare plinth I feel this is more about educating players than making tank and healer look like enemies. A lot of players don't make clear statements about their situation or some don't even use the chat to communicate, so it's hard to understand what the other is thinking or what is their current situation.
For example, if you're fairly new to healing/tanking or you're undergeared, players should make this clear at the beginning of a Duty, so that the others understand the situation and don't make decisions that would make you uncomfortable, like pulling a lot of mobs when you're not ready to keep the tank up or viceversa, the tank pulling a lot when they're not even aware they're undergeared. As a tank, I love when healers make it clear when I can pull more. Also some healers do state they're new or just undergeared, so the tank can to adjust if they get this knowledge. Therefore, I believe anxiety and fighting between these two roles is the by product of not communicating your situation with anticipation.
