In boss fights you only really use TBN on tankbusters anyway
in trash groups you use it on cd
But as long as you do not overcap on MP you're not doing terribly bad
It's also fine to fall below the 3k mark if you know you can regain that MP before you need TBN next. Especially when Blood Weapon is coming up or you can use Carve and Spit

Look at it this way, if you do roulette again and get a lower level dungeon, you'll get less XP. Like you could be level 54 and get the level 15 dungeon. It won't do you much good. Whereas a level 53 dungeon will get you plenty of XP.
