@gusty pasture The next most consistent would be amber encased vilekin. Getting that requires doing a HW combat leve and hope a chest spawns. The chests for them always have one. Loot the chest and abandon the leve, failing it. Then redo it. The rate of chets is at best about 25% of the time so it's going to take a while.
Also if you have an abundance of gear to trade for GC sels, you can buy Moonstones at 4k seals a pop and trade 5 per sand.
