for ex. it says 0/2 healers. but if i get someone in a party to queue as healer we instantly get a game.
same for if its showing 0 for all roles but if i queue as tank il instantly get in.

It just means you instantly fill up those 0/2 slots when you queue as healer or tank
Because people like you have to wait for nice healers or tanks to come along
