Rough example: 8 Dps trying to queue for dungeons at the same time, and 3 tanks and 3 healers show up in the first 10 minutes, leaving 2 Dps with a 10 minutes estimated wait time.

Hello been away from ff14 a long time. What's the state of tanking these days? Last played early stormsblood and got tired of tanks being nothing more than armored dps that usually didn't even want to turn tank stance on and only aimed for dps gear etc.
