Let's say you're level 16 and get Sastasha from leveling roulette. You'll get the exp from completion of Sastasha itself and all the mobs inside, which is a flat rate and probably about half to a whole exp bar? You'll then get the scaled leveling roulette bonus on top of that, which is another half an exp bar or something.

I don't really keep track of exact values.

note that there is further scaling based on the difference between your level and the level of the dungeon

If you notice discrepancies, consider the effect that your rested exp might have had on it.

When you are doing alt jobs from lvl 70-80, the main exp is from dungeons/roulettes or beast tribes

Also, the reason for it disappearing from your bars is likely related to class change. When you first equip your job stone, all of your spells will disappear from your bars, including the general action spells and abilities Teleport, Return, and Sprint which are otherwise present by default.

I have not noticed the same thing happening the first time you start a new job, but that doesn't mean it can't.
